An upcoming American biographical crime film directed by Ridley Scott which is set to be released on November 24, 2021 features A Star is Born‘s star Lady Gaga and The Last Jedi‘s star Adam Driver as Patrizia Reggani and Maurizio Gucci respectively. Titled House of Gucci, the film is based on the 2001 book The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamour, and Greed by Sara Gay Forden, which follows the assassination of Gucci founder’s grandson, Maurizio Gucci, the trial and conviction of his ex-wife, Patrizia Reggani, who eventually spent 18 years in prison.
Lady Gaga has never really left the spotlight throughout her successful career, but after posting a picture of herself with Adam Driver on the set of House of Gucci, both the actor and the actress draws even more attention from the public. The post captioned “Signore e Signora Gucci #HouseOfGucci” has gotten 4 million likes in two days.
